What we hold ourselves to.
In writing, always.
Fourteen stages, visible from the first day. If a step moves, you see it move.
Know before you pay.
The readiness assessment is free, and it tells you where you stand before you pay any exam fee.
One platform, not a chain of desks.
Assessment, training, certification and deployment live in one place, so nothing is lost in a hand-off.
An honest timeline.
We say three to six months because that is what the route typically takes — not what a brochure wants it to be.
It was never really about geography.
Flights are the easy part. What actually stands between a capable clinician and a first shift abroad is a short list — and every item on it is work we have chosen to do properly.
A regulator you have never met
Every destination licenses nurses its own way. The free assessment shows you the route that applies to you — before you pay any exam fee.
An exam in an unfamiliar format
Prometric test centres, computer-based tests, OSCE-style stations. Coached, prepared and passed before you travel.
A file that must hold up
DataFlow verifies your credentials at source. We keep that file organised, document by document.
Months of not knowing
The journey typically runs three to six months, tracked in fourteen stages — so you always know which one you are in.
Every destination writes its own rules.
Each destination sets its own exam and keeps its own register. The route changes; the way we walk it with you does not.
- United Kingdom England (UK) — CBT (Computer-Based Test) + OSCE
- The GCC Countries Prometric exams · DataFlow verification
- Europe Germany · France · Italy — each with its own registration route
- North America United States · Canada — each with its own exam pairing
- Australia NCLEX-RN + OSCE
- New Zealand CAP (Competence Assessment Programme) — theory exam + OSCE
The exact exam pairing for every country is published in full on our home page. Wherever you are heading, it starts with the same free readiness assessment.
Start with the free assessment →Honest work, written down.
No shortcuts and no mystery. It starts with an honest reading of where you are — and every step after that feeds the next by design.
- Your self-assessment 40%
- Our clinical assessment 30%
- Your CV, read by AI 30%
No single opinion — including ours — decides your readiness.
-
01 · Assess
Three views of you — your self-assessment (40%), our clinical assessment (30%) and your CV read by AI (30%) — become one honest picture. It does not end with a score; it ends with a gap analysis.
-
02 · Train
The gap analysis becomes a personalised learning plan mapped to real courses — yours, not a generic bundle — with course assessments across six question types, so progress is demonstrated, not declared.
-
03 · Certify
The plan turns to paperwork and proof: DataFlow verification, then your destination’s licensing exam — coached and passed before you travel.
-
04 · Deploy
You arrive verified, licensed and prepared — into the UK, the GCC Countries, Europe, North America, Australia or New Zealand — tracked stage by stage.
One journey, one record — stages 1 to 14. Typically three to six months end to end.
The tracker is not a courtesy. It is how we keep ourselves honest.
